据台灣開業醫美诊所醫師赵子康说，近一個月動雙眼皮手術者约增三成，不少指名要孙俪眼型。開業整形外科醫師曾繁颖说，孙俪已成為近期眼睛微整形的范本，另如剧中甄嬛、华妃等人物的鹅蛋脸，也让女性心動，因台灣女性脸型偏大、两颊咀嚼肌發家，不少人想打造鹅蛋脸或小脸，近期询问脸颊微整形者也约增两成。
